Lincoln Electric ClassMate® training systems bring industrial welding automation technology into the classroom. Designed for welding, robotics and advanced manufacturing education, the ClassMate family gives students hands-on experience with automated welding processes, robot programming and production technologies used in modern manufacturing.

Available in several configurations, ClassMate systems allow schools to select the level and type of automation that best fits their curriculum, available space and training objectives. Options range from compact robotic welding systems to collaborative, industrial robotic and laser welding training solutions.

ClassMate Robotic Welding Training Systems

Lincoln Electric's ClassMate family provides complete educational automation systems designed to help students move beyond manual welding and develop skills in robotic and automated manufacturing. Depending on the system, students can gain experience with robot operation, programming, welding process control, automated production and advanced welding technologies.

The ClassMate M is a compact, mobile robotic welding training system and Lincoln Electric's most versatile ClassMate configuration. Its small footprint makes it well suited for high schools, technical schools, colleges and universities introducing robotic welding and automation.

The system combines a FANUC® ARC Mate® robot with Lincoln Electric robotic welding technology, integrated fume extraction and educational resources in a classroom-ready training platform.

ClassMate Cobot introduces students to collaborative robotic welding. The system provides hands-on experience with cobot-based welding automation while helping learners understand how collaborative robots can be applied to modern fabrication and manufacturing.

This configuration is a strong fit for programs looking to introduce collaborative automation alongside traditional welding skills.

ClassMate Pro provides an industrial-style robotic welding training environment for programs ready to move beyond introductory automation. The preconfigured, self-contained cell gives students experience with robotic programming and welding in a system designed to more closely replicate an automated production environment.

ClassMate Pro is well suited for advanced welding, robotics and manufacturing programs that want students to develop skills using industrial robotic welding technology.

ClassMate Laser introduces students to automated laser welding technology in a classroom training system. The integrated cell combines robotic automation with laser welding equipment, controls, optics, cooling and fume extraction in a safety-enclosed platform designed for education.

It provides an opportunity for advanced manufacturing programs to introduce students to a welding technology increasingly associated with automated and high-precision production.
