Stratasys Neo800+
Large-Format SLA 3D Printer
Produce large, accurate, industrial-grade parts faster with the Stratasys Neo®800+ SLA 3D printer. Built on the proven Neo800 platform, the Neo800+ combines high-speed scanning, advanced process control, a large-format build area, and an open resin system for demanding prototyping, tooling, research, and production applications.
Designed for continuous operation, the Neo800+ delivers injection mold-quality surface finishes and precise feature reproduction while increasing throughput by up to 50% compared with the Neo800. Its single-laser design, Titanium™ control software, and ScanControl+™ technology support reliable, repeatable large-format stereolithography.
A new benchmark for high-speed, large-format SLA—producing accurate, industrial-grade parts up to 50% faster than the Neo800.
Stratasys Neo800+ at a Glance
Large Build Capacity
Build large parts or multiple smaller components within a 31.50 × 31.50 × 23.62 in. build area.
Faster SLA Printing
A 4-watt laser and high-speed scanning deliver up to 50% faster performance than the Neo800.
Open Material Platform
Use Stratasys-certified Somos® materials or other commercially available 355 nm SLA resins.
Increase Large-Format SLA Throughput
The Neo800+ is engineered to produce large-format prototypes, tooling, casting patterns, and production parts without sacrificing accuracy or surface quality. Its 4-watt laser, dynamic beam focus, and scanning speeds of up to 790 in. per second help shorten build times and increase part output.
ScanControl+ technology optimizes laser focus and processing parameters for faster printing while preserving fine details, sharp corners, and smooth surfaces. High Detail and Standard Detail build modes let users balance speed and feature resolution for each application.
Designed for Demanding Applications
Precision Prototyping
Produce detailed concept models, communication models, and functional form-and-fit prototypes with excellent dimensional accuracy and surface quality.
Tooling and Molds
Create accurate master patterns, molds, tooling, and manufacturing aids while reducing lead times and dependence on conventional fabrication.
Investment Casting
Build complex, smooth master patterns for investment casting, including large patterns that would otherwise require assembly from multiple sections.
Large Parts Without Sectioning
The Neo800+ provides a full build capacity of 31.50 × 31.50 × 23.62 in. This large envelope allows users to print full-scale models, tooling, and patterns without dividing the design into smaller sections.
The spacious platform can also accommodate multiple smaller parts in one build, helping shared university labs, research centers, and production environments increase equipment utilization.
Accuracy and Surface Quality
Dynamic and variable beam control adjusts the laser spot size to support both efficient area coverage and accurate feature definition. Enhanced border control improves corners, edges, and surface consistency.
Minimum feature sizes reach 0.007 in. in the X and Y axes and 0.016 in. in the Z axis, depending on the material, geometry, processing parameters, and finishing methods.
Reliable 24/7 Operation
The Neo800+ is designed for continuous industrial use. Its single-laser architecture avoids the alignment and maintenance issues associated with coordinating multiple lasers, while upgraded components and process controls help reduce downtime.
Collision detection, resin viscosity monitoring, automated bubble removal, remote diagnostics, an onboard camera, and system-status notifications help operators manage demanding workflows and address potential issues quickly.
Software and Connected Workflow
Titanium software manages the Neo800+ printing process and provides build validation, time and material estimates, scheduled starts, part traceability, machine-utilization records, and system diagnostics. LayerControl+™ Predictive Thermal Build Management dynamically adjusts layer delay times to improve thermal regulation, reliability, and part quality.
GrabCAD Print™ for Neo provides an accessible SLA build preparation workflow within the broader Stratasys software ecosystem. Materialise Magics may also be used for advanced build preparation.

Neo800+ Unloading Cart
The unloading cart supports the removal and movement of the Neo800+ build platform and large printed parts. It helps operators transfer completed builds into the cleaning and post-curing workflow while reducing unnecessary manual handling.
Stratasys UV800 Post-Curing Oven
SLA parts require final UV curing after cleaning to achieve their intended strength and material performance. The Stratasys UV800 accommodates parts as large as the Neo800+ build envelope and features high-intensity UV lamps, a rotating turntable, preprogrammed curing cycles, and heated storage for top-up resin.
Additional Resin Vat
An additional resin vat may help reduce material-changeover time for facilities that regularly use different SLA resins. Availability and compatibility should be confirmed for the selected materials and application.
