The Intellia Backhoe Simulator Training Pack mimics real-life boom deflection and behavior. The motion platform also gives that true backhoe recoil, teaching trainees how to conduct careful and methodical operations.

The training pack also simulates changes in stability and traction as tires are placed under stress by rapid movements or heavy loads—and the simulated backhoe can even tip as a result of instability. This allows trainees to learn from their mistakes, without the risk of damaging equipment or injuring themselves.

The training pack features the most complete collection of progressive learning exercises on the market. Ranging from beginner to advanced, exercises are designed to build trainee skill and confidence safely. The curriculum includes:
