Arduino 2-in-1 Robot Kit
The MINDS-i 2-in-1 Arduino® Robot Kit is an ideal entry point for students exploring programming, robotics, and engineering fundamentals. Learners build and program one of two robot configurations—the Hexabot or the Line Follower—while gaining hands-on experience with sensors, actuators, and autonomous behaviors.
Students experiment with real-world robotics concepts, including motion control, object detection, and path navigation. The kit includes easy-to-follow visual instructions for both building and programming, making it accessible for beginners while still supporting deeper exploration.
Why Teach Programming with Robotics?
Robotics provides a highly engaging way to introduce programming concepts. By seeing code translate into physical movement and decision-making, students gain a deeper understanding of logic, problem-solving, and system integration.
- Introduce programming through hands-on, interactive robotics
- Reinforce STEM concepts with real-world applications
- Encourage creativity, experimentation, and problem-solving
- Support collaborative, project-based learning
- Provide a strong foundation for advanced robotics and automation
Students can build and program two different robot platforms, each designed to demonstrate unique autonomous behaviors and programming concepts.
