Skillpoint Alliance graduates highest number of women manufacturing students

Major manufacturing companies are coming to Central Texas, bringing a need for more skilled workers. Skillpoint Alliance is working to fill the employment gaps by offering plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and Certified Production Technician (CPT) programs. The organization graduated a dozen students on Friday; 25% were women, the highest number of women students in its history.
