Solving the Seat-Time Challenge with Simulation Training

Alfred State College faced a critical challenge in its Heavy Equipment Operation program: limited access to real machinery meant students weren’t getting enough hands-on experience to build essential skills. At the same time, training inexperienced students on live equipment introduced safety risks for both learners and instructors.
