Fab Lab

A Fab Lab, or digital fabrication laboratory, is a creative space to foster learning and innovation. Fab Labs are equipped with a variety of 21st Century digital fabrication tools, equipment, technology, and materials to teach students of all ages innovation, design-thinking, and problem-solving skills.

We have paired technologies common among different programs. Each level can be customized to meet your educational needs.

Fab Lab Level 1 Equipment

Level One

    Handheld reverse-engineering solution that’s affordable and complete.
  • Levil EDUMiLL
    Open the door to a new realm of possibilities and further innovation with this affordable package that includes both a 3D printer and a robust CNC mill.
  • VLS Universal Laser Systems
    Desktop and free-standing systems with a material processing envelope up to 32” x 18” x 9” ranging in power from 10 to 60 watts.

  • FANUC Levil Cart
    The CNC certification cart takes training to a new level by allowing students to experience the complete programming, setup and operational workflow right inside the classroom.
  • Universal Laser System PLS6.150D
    As a dual laser platform, the PLS6.150D can support up to two 10.6µ CO2 lasers with a power range of 20 watts to 150 watts.

  • FANUC Robodrill
    A fully-fledged compact CNC milling, tapping and drilling center that delivers unrivalled quality and precision.
  • Universal Laser System Ultra R5000
    This platform has a materials processing envelope of 32 x 24 in, with support for materials with a thickness up to 12 in. You can configure the platform with up to two laser sources consisting of two interchangeable CO2 lasers or one CO2 laser and one fiber laser.
