The PLS6.75 is a free-standing platform designed and engineered for light manufacturing operations and batch production. The PLS6.75 can accept all Universal laser cartridges for a power range of 10-75 watts. The PLS6.75 offers a material processing envelope of 32" x 18" x 9", 5,184 in3 and is particularly suited for manufacturing and production environments. There are also a number of patented Uniquely Universal features designed specifically to expand your processing capabilities that are only available from Universal Laser Systems. Laser Interface+ and Rapid Reconfiguration are standard Uniquely Universal features on the PLS6.75, and a number of additional options are available to enhance your laser processing capabilities.

The Universal Pin Table is designed to eliminate certain scorch marks and other defects which may occur when cutting acrylic, wood or other sensitive materials using conventional laser cutting tables. By using specially coated aluminum pins to elevate the material being processed, the Universal Pin Table greatly reduces the amount of laser energy reflected back into the material from the table surface.
The Universal Pin Table consists of a modular 12” x 12” base, sixteen supporting pins to elevate the material, and four fixture pins for material positioning. The base contains magnets which allow for quick and accurate alignment with other Universal Pin Tables. Pins slide snugly into the pin slots in the base (arranged in a grid with 1” intervals) and can then be locked in place with screws for high-volume jobs.
